For groups exceeding 20 participants, radio guides are required.
General conditions:
For each hour beyond those indicated, a supplement of € 25.00/hour applies; for each person beyond those indicated, a supplement of € 3.00/person applies.
For multilingual service, (excluding cruise ships) the supplement is € 25.00 per hour/additional language.
Transfer expenses, meals, and lodging outside the area of service are at the client’s expense.
The working day starts no earlier than 7:00 am.
In the absence of useful connections that allow the guide to welcome the group at the expected arrival time, any transfer, meal, and lodging expenses for the evening before the group’s arrival are entirely the responsibility of the client.
The working day ends by 7:00 pm. For services provided beyond this time, a lump sum supplement of € 50.00 is applied to the daily base rate.
For continuous tour services, only full days are always counted.
The fees indicated are gross of the withholding tax and, based on the individual guide’s tax regime, net of VAT, INPS (a rate equal to 4% of the gross fee due), and any stamp duties to be applied to the invoice itself in accordance with the law.
For continuous tour services canceled by the client within 7 days of the start of the service, as well as for single services canceled within the 24 hours preceding, compensation for loss of earnings equal to 50% of the amount due calculated on the base rate must be paid.
